Minimum Requirements - Education & Experience
Professional Cookery Certificate (essential)
Matric (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a cook position
Ability to work weekends and evenings as per operational requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Strong customer service orientation
Solid experience working in a professional kitchen environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting
Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude
