Job Description

Prepare food for daily kitchen production in line with menus and operational requirements



Ensure all meals are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards



Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations



Accommodate special dietary and nutritional requirements



Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery



Minimum Requirements - Education & Experience



Professional Cookery Certificate (essential)



Matric (essential)



Minimum 2 years' experience in a cook position



Ability to work weekends and evenings as per operational requirements



Knowledge, Skills & Competencies



Strong customer service orientation



Solid experience working in a professional kitchen environment



Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting



Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude
