Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB ROLE (TO BE DISCUSSED IN DETAIL AT INTERVIEW STAGE):



Administrative assistance in correspondence department Serve as a relief to Senior Secretary as and when necessary Liaise with correspondent attorneys to ensure proper legal and administrative processes are followed accurately and timeously for property transactions Attend to client queries, keeping clients updated on transaction progress, and communicating with all stakeholders, including banks, estate agents, and other involved parties Initiate the opening of bond, conventional transfer and development transfer files for correspondent matters

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:



Matric essential Proficiency in MS Office (i.e.: MS Word & MS Outlook email) Proficiency in AJS and Lexis Convey Proficiency in English (i.e.: verbal and written) 2-3 years' proven experience in the legal industry Excellent interpersonal skills Takes ownership of daily tasks and duties Strong administration and organizational skills Punctual
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R18000,00 - R20000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
