Job Description
Job Summary A small, establish law firm situated in Northcliff, Randburg needs a conveyancer to assist the commercial and corporate department in property related aspects that arises out of re-structuring of corporate entities and inter vivos Trust properties and estate late transfers, among others. It requires drafting of specialized contracts of sale where the immovable property is often sold together with movable property as a going concern, sale of shares and structured creative approaches in corporate law together with complying with applicable legislation and successfully registering commercial properties as well as notarial bonds and other commercial transactions. An in-depth knowledge of contract drafting, township establishment, rezoning, opening of sectional title registers, mining law, servitudes, municipal government law, agricultural laws and by-laws, establishment and compliance of Inter vivos Trusts etc. is a must. The practice also, to a lesser extent, attend to residential and agricultural transfers and winding up of Estate Lates. Bond experience is not a requirement as the practice is not on a bank panel. We are looking for a senior admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary with more than 10 years' experience in conveyancing and corporate law including the above-mentioned fields.
