Job Description
CONVEYANCER POSITION AVAILABLE
Blouberg Law firm requires a post admission experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in conveyancing to run a small office. Newly admitted conveyancers are welcome to apply if they hold pre admission experience in a conveyancing work format pre admission
Must have general experience on all conveyancing based software platforms.
A successful referenced track record is required.
Must be locally resident in Cape Town within reasonable proximity to Blouberg.
Must be a licensed driver and own car is essential.
The candidate must have exceptional social skills and a strong presence.
A significant following and network is essential
must be comfortable attending to lodgments at the Cape Town Deeds Office
The role will entail marketing, social events and some after hours event based work. The role will require work in office on Saturdays between 08:00 and 12:00
Preferrable start date is 1st June 2025, or earlier if available.
R30 000.00 per month CTC
