Job Description
Our client in the banking sector is looking for an admitted Conveyancer to assist with their deal origination process and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Concluding legal enforcement on loan contracts
- Drafting of required legal agreements
- Attend to the registration of securities and associated processes
- Conducting searches
- Adhere to legislative requirements
- Compiling reports
- Analyse the business plan to determine the applicable deliverables
- Compile performance management documentation
- Conduct disciplinary actions when necessary
- Accredited in Conveyancing
- Admitted
- 4-5 years Conveyancing experience
