Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.Responsibilities:Engage new leads, convert them into active clientsMaintain strong relationships with existing clientsUpsell and cross-sell financial products or servicesProvide high-level client support to boost retentionMeet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven settingNative or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.12+ years experience in conversion/retentionExcellent communication & negotiation skillsResults-driven, motivated by performance and bonusesAbility to work under pressure in a target-driven teamWhy Join:Competitive base salary + generous commissionsInternational, multicultural work environmentOpportunity to grow within a leading industryRelocation assistance may be provided
