Requirements:
BCom in Accounting or Finance (essential).
Minimum 3 years accounting experience, preferably in the insurance sector (non-negotiable).
Proficiency in Xero and a solid understanding of control account management.
Strong reconciliation skills and a high level of accuracy and accountability.
