Job Description

create, analyse, negotiate and execute an array of contracts for various projects Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients and other business connections Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence Present contracts information to the relevant parties and other stakeholders oversee quality control and project completion phases/schedules to ensure that construction is executed in line with agreed construction programs and contract ensure overall compliance of the requirements of the occupational health and safety act in liaison with a construction safety officer
Minimum Requirements

Strictly BTech/B.Sc degree Engineering Certificate in contract management is advantageous Professional Registration is advantageous Good Contractual acumen and management competency and experience Possess the knowledge of estimating, planning and costing controlling associated with the project and work closely with the project team and internal departments Strictly a minimum 10 years of experience required in contracts management of general building construction, hospital related construction and renovations, housing and high-rise buildings and civil related contracts remarkable people and contract management skills Strictly a strong understanding and implemantation of NEC3 GCC and JBCC Contracts comfortable in the use of Microsoft packages and ( other Project Management Software) Remarkable people and contracts management skills
