Overview: The Contracts Lead will be responsible for the administration of key client documentation, including reviewing, negotiating and signing client terms, and will act as the first point of contact for client contract queries. Main Responsibilities: Overseeing the US compliance function and team with support of Compliance Manager. Quarterly audit of all US candidates and compliance to report to Compliance Director Ensuring all candidates who are placed onsite have been fully vetted and provide correct due diligence. Work closely with the contracts team to ensure flow downs from the client contracts are covered in the candidate contracts. Review and train the US business on any relevant new and updated legislation. All queries from US consultants in relation to candidates and compliance Supporting the Compliance Director Ensuring internal contracts are in line with legal requirements. Continuous review and updates on compliance processes
Requirements Person Specification (Essential) Well organized and able to prioritize. Ability to maintain good relationships with clients ensuring that their needs are met Exceptionally high level of attention to detail. Works quickly, at pace but with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally. Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams. Good ambassador for the Company
