A Contracts Administrator/Coordinator will assists in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders. He/She will support the Duty Manager in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of contract law and terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
:
- Assisting in contract preparation and review
- Coordinating contract execution and distribution
- Maintaining contract records and databases
- Tracking contract milestones and deadlines
- Providing administrative support to the Duty Manager
Skills/Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, law, or procurement)
- 0-2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
- Relevant certifications or training in contract management

Pay: R4500,00 - R6000,00 per month
