We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Contracts Administrator
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, review, and administration of contracts and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of contract documents, variations, and correspondence.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Assist project managers with contract negotiation and management.
Monitor contract performance, timelines, and deliverables.
Support with legal compliance and regulatory requirements related to construction contracts.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in contract administration (construction industry preferred).
Strong understanding of construction contracts (JBCC, GCC, FIDIC an advantage).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and contract management software.
Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (advantageous).
