Contract Projects Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Projects / Contracts Manager who has extensive experience in the Construction Industry.You would need to have completed a minimum of 3 or 4 projects successfully in the position of Project/Contracts Manager and have sound knowledge of various types of contracts specifically aligned with JBCC, NEC and GCC contracts
Good experience with MS project and or similar project management programs
Strong leadership skills, the ability to lead onsite teams to achieve targets, sound knowledge of H&S regulations and ensuring compliance
Relevant tertiary education such as BSC (Hons)Construction Economics/Project/Construction Management/construction Technology/higher or similar certification
Min 6 Years experience
