Office Manager
Job description
A reputable training company seeks an experienced Office Manager who enjoys working in a team to join their organisation. The main purpose of the job is to assist management with all administrative duties and to maintain a professional and efficient service to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Managing of all Regional Outputs
Processing the on boarding of new clients
Diary management and taking minutes at staff meetings
Scheduling appointments for meetings and or events (provide refreshments and set up areas for meetings)
Update events on the centre diary
Maintain staff and learner registers
Assist with the proposal process (calling prospective clients)
Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts, as well as follow up on invoices for payment
Managing Google Drive documents
Controlling diverse documentation for completion and checking for accuracy
Assist with inventory and ensure there is an adequate supply of stock
Requirements
Proven track record (min 5 years') in an office management administrative environment
Background in training will be advantageous
Matric qualification and a post-school qualification in an administrative or related field
Knowledge of the SETA systems and procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate in English.
Proficient with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Demonstrates administrative, organisational, and time management ability with a high level of meticulousness, flexibility, and creativity
A high level of service orientation
A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Patient, confident, and a compassionate nature
Must have own vehicle
