Key Responsibilities

Liaise and interface with CSL to deliver best-in-class outages at Koeberg. Support with Local sourcing, placing of PO's, access requirements, sub contractor engagement and management where this relates to outages / MYA commitments. Assist CSL with compiling final accounts, variations, and compensation events. Support the Koeberg lessons learned initiative ahead of future projects going live (from experience of recent outage management and the SGR project). Support the development of the future project site organisation (both Arabelle Solutions and third party personnel), and project execution strategy based on previous contract management experience with Eskom/Koeberg. Provide advice and inputs to the future projects based on in country knowledge of potential sub-contractors experiences and capabilities (SQEP). Support legal with development of Framework Contracts for the various phases of the proposed project - utilising previous contract management experience with Eskom. Support Sourcing with approvals and on-boarding of identified 'local' sub-contractors for the future project. Support the Eskom Koeberg outage optimization initiative. Be a main conduit between the bid/project team and Eskom/Rotek to ensure timely document submissions and approvals to help keep the schedule on track.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong Contract Management experience and Project Management experience. Stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Excellent communication and risk mitigation capabilities. Product knowledge and experience in similar sectors.
