Join our clients dynamic team and contribute to significant engineering and construction projects!The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For:xc2xb7 Managing the administration of works packages, addressing commercial, contractual, and performance matters on elements of the Kusile Power Station project (utilizing FIDIC and NEC contracts).xc2xb7 Managing set commercial package objectives and cascading them to the team.xc2xb7 Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities to minimize Employer liability.xc2xb7 Developing and empowering direct staff to take ownership of project sections.xc2xb7 Fostering a strong team spirit.xc2xb7 Fulfilling other reasonable tasks within the role's scope.xc2xb7 Applying SHEQ/Zero Harm Health and Safety objectives and procedures.xc2xb7 Understanding and adhering to Environmental Objectives and Procedures for the Project Site.Key Competencies:xc2xb7 Degree in a construction-related discipline.xc2xb7 Registration with ECSA (Pr.Eng/Pr.Tech)xc2xb7 Minimum of 10 years of Contract Management experience, with at least 5 years at a leadership level in a contracting company or as an employers Resident Engineer.xc2xb7 Proven experience managing major contracts.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of the FIDIC contract conditions.xc2xb7 Technically knowledgeable in commercial, contract, and risk management.xc2xb7 Exposure to large engineering and construction projects, preferably in the Power or major Infrastructure Sector.Apply Now by sending your updated CV to or contact the team at XXX-XXXX.For more opportunities, go check out our website at
