Our team is seeking a Contract Manager - Commercial Delivery that will be accountable for ensuring the successful implementation and operationalisation of intelligent technology solutions that drive measurable commercial and customer experience outcomes. This role will coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, property representatives, and internal operations teams responsible for technology infrastructure, analytics, reporting, and service delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution. While a formal project management qualification is not required, the ability to oversee complex, multi-faceted projects and maintain momentum across functional lines is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities
Contract and Stakeholder Management
+ Function as the central point of contact between client representatives, property managers, internal technical teams, and service delivery units.
+ Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and contractual obligations are understood and met.
+ Manage service level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and scope, ensuring performance standards are upheld.
Delivery Oversight and Coordination
+ Oversee the implementation of intelligent technology infrastructure and reporting tools across multiple sites.
+ Coordinate the activities of installation, remote monitoring, analytics, maintenance, and support teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
+ Monitor project milestones, flag risks, and implement mitigation actions.
Commercial Performance and Profitability
+ Monitor the financial performance of the contract, focusing on cost control, efficiency, and return on investment.
+ Identify opportunities for improved operational outcomes and cost optimization.
+ Ensure timely billing, procurement coordination, and profitability tracking.
Reporting and Communication
+ Prepare and deliver clear, regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress, issues, and outcomes.
+ Maintain project documentation, timelines, and issue logs.
+ Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews with internal and client teams.
