CONTRACT MANAGER
Painting | Waterproofing | Roofing
Location:
Northern Suburbs, Cape TownWe're looking for a real Contract Manager -- someone who knows this industry cold. You need to have managed a team of employees and delivered a project from start to finish to be able to
apply
.This role is
only
for experienced candidates who've run painting, waterproofing, and roofing jobs in the field .KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and execute projects on-site from kickoff to handover
Supervise teams and enforce timelines, quality, and productivity
Own health, safety, and environmental compliance
Maintain strict quality standards and site documentation
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Control materials, stock, deliveries, and site logistics
Track budgets and control costs across multiple sites
REQUIREMENTS:
5-10 years
of industry experience (Painting/Waterproofing/Roofing)At least
3 years in a supervisory, site agent, or contracts manager role
Hands-on experience managing site teams and complex projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and deliver on time
