We are looking for a:

Digital Content Manager

The Digital Content Manager coordinates various digital projects from briefing to delivery, including quality assurance and detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer-centric digital content management. A thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) UX/UI, Development, SEO and Data is required to fulfill this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously amid ambiguity and proactively forge partnerships across internal teams to drive results.
  • Daily point-of-contact for overseeing all aspects of the site including development, content publishing, updates, enhancements, operations, and reporting.
  • Develop a clear knowledge of products, services, and offerings, and an ability to appropriately communicate those benefits clearly and accurately through digital channels.
  • Coordinates content production with brand team, publishing content and images across digital channels.
  • Engage with content as a advocate, leveraging best practices and knowledge.
  • Manages content across digital channels in coordination with brand team and other key departments and third parties as appropriate.
  • Serves as a key point of contact and manages projects with third-party partners as it relates to the website and other digital channels.
  • Provides daily execution oversight for publishing content.
  • Oversees web content updates related to basic maintenance, system interruptions, and system updates.
  • Ensures all web and mobile content is reviewed and approved.
  • Investigate and collaborate with brand team to provide recommendations on tools that may improve content and website.
  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all client policies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have the following background:
  • Digital Content Management and Polulation experience with exposure to Development (A Must).
  • Ability to accurately create content and manage the projects, identifying correct resources, putting together costs/time. (CM tool experience with Adobe Experience, CMS, Smartsheets, Workbook, Trello, Asana and Jira).
  • Ability to schedule, track and prioritise the work correctly with critical deadlines and milestones.
  • Tracking time spent on tasks and projects.
  • Can deal with any day-to-day issues but still able to have a bigger picture view of project portfolios.
  • Flagging any risk upfront and solving any blockages.
  • Liaising with Product Owner to ensure all deliverables are met.
