Bayswater Education is currently seeking a seasoned Content Creator. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our brand's narrative through compelling video and photographic content. Your technical skills will be pivotal in capturing and editing visuals that resonate with our global audience. In a hybrid environment with a global context, you'll manage remote teams and implement upskilling initiatives. Your experience in effective storytelling through video, especially in complex, dynamic settings, will be highly valued. What you will need to succeed:
Key Responsibilities:
Video & Photographic Capture and Editing:

• Use your creative eye to capture visually stunning photographs and footage for a range of purposes.
• Edit and compile raw video and photographic content to produce high-quality, engaging videos and stills.
• Employ expertise in colour correction, audio enhancement, and visual effects to ensure top-notch final products.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas and develop storyboards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing for innovative content creation.

Mobile Video Editing (Social Media):

• Tailor video content specifically for social media platforms, understanding the nuances of each platform's requirements.
• Utilize mobile video editing tools to create compelling content optimized for social media consumption.
• Adapt video content to suit different social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Content Strategy:

• Contribute to the development of content strategies including content calendars and distribution plans.

• Analyse performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies for better results.

Student Journey:

• Engage with stakeholders globally, at locations in London, Paris, Canada, Cyprus, and Cape Town, to effectively capture and edit raw footage.

• Lead initiatives to enhance the capacity of teams across the globe, ensuring proficiency in capturing both video and photographic content.

• Engage proactively with the Director of Student Experiences to formulate and implement a strategic plan dedicated to capturing the details of the student journey.

It's great if you have:

• Digital storytelling experience: 2-3 years of digital video editing, proficiency in Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop Final Cut)

• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to capture subjects in commercial-quality photographs
