Who are we: A UK based agency catering to affluent clients worldwide.

Who are we looking for: A brand manager to develop, coordinate, and execute the Group Marketing and Communication's campaigns and collateral.

What will you do:

  • Create and manage all marketing and sales collateral, with the support of the Group Marketing Collateral Coordinator
  • Assist in the design and implementation of regional and global marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely execution of our marketing efforts
  • Act as the primary brand custodian
  • Delivery of various special projects
  • Work alongside our design and IT team to create and manage marketing collateral and website updates
  • Daily website management from a content perspective
  • Provide service excellence to our internal stakeholder's marketing requests
  • Conducting ongoing competitor and industry-related research
  • Compiling frequent marketing reports
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the departments initiatives
  • Direct support to the Group Head of Marketing
What do you require:
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • Minimum five years of working experience in a similar role
  • Advertising agency experience preferred
  • Proven track record in delivering business projects
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills (English language)
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability and skills at desktop publishing within MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Website content creation and platform management experience
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to think strategically, creatively and take initiative, ownership and responsibility for own and team deliverables and deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently, self-sufficiently and decisively under intense pressure on multiple projects at the same time
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and consistency as well as ability to priortize, organise workloads and plan ahead
  • Confidence and ability to engage and communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally at all levels including with senior management and key external stakeholders
  • A team player who is able to work collaboratively across functions and departments
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver hands-on help as part of the global team
