Purpose of the Job
To audit interactions made, ensuring high quality/compliance standards and offer floor support to assist in the improvement of the quality of the Campaign
Requirements
Matric
12 months international voice and non-voice auditing experience of live chat and emails.
International Retail Experience
Excellent written communication (English)
Attention to detail
Navigation of multiple systems Office and office apps knowledge and utilization is a must
