We're Hiring! Construction Wet-Works Foreman - Alberton, Gauteng)
Our development company is looking for an experienced Wet-Works Foreman to join our residential construction project in Alberton. This is a 3-12 month contract-based role with the option to extend. Immediate start.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years proven experience in wet-works construction (20+ years advantageous).
Strong track record managing site construction, material procurement, and subcontractors.
Excellent quality control skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all wet-works activities on site.
Source and procure materials.
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain high-quality workmanship at all times.
Location: Alberton, Gauteng
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Term: 12 months, renewable
