Job Description

Job Summary KEY DUTIES o Transport staff to and from job sites (personally or via company drivers) o Ensure staff follow all project and company procedures o Oversee site safety, enforcing all relevant safety protocols o Supervise construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers o Interpret construction drawings and comply with regulations o Communicate with clients and consultants to ensure project flow o Report to directors on progress, deliverables, and site needs o Manage costs, labour, and time constraints to meet project goals o Maintain the company's brand and protect assets o Track and enforce project timelines REQUIREMENTS o Minimum 5 years' experience in construction supervision o Experience in homes, offices, factories, and both domestic and commercial work o Proficient in MS Word and Excel o Excellent communication and leadership skills o Understanding of building regulations and drawings o NDip Civil Engineering or Construction Management (beneficial) o Valid driver's license ?
