Construction Site Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Site Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage workflow to ensure projects stay on track
Supervise and coordinate site workers and sub-contractors
Manage and monitor material orders and site deliveries
Ensure seamless co-ordination of all site works
Perform accurate building set-out and determine levels using a dumpy level
Maintain and manage the construction timeline and handle variation orders
Keep an up-to-date and accurate site register
Interpret and work from construction plans and drawings
Maintain quality control and ensure work meets high standards
Identify and resolve on-site issues - a strong problem solver is essential
Ensure all work is done on time, to spec, and to budget
Demonstrate strong communication skills with all stakeholders
Be consistently punctual, reliable, and committed to excellence
What We're Looking For:
5-7 years of hands-on construction experience
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple moving parts
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Valid driver's licence
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive attitude
A natural leader who takes ownership and initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
