Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly competent Construction Site Engineer to oversee overall site operations including administration & finance, contract management, personnel and subcontractor coordination, quality control, health & safety compliance, environmental and security management, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Oversee administration, financial controls, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and resources.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ensure site security and efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely site reports.
Minimum Requirements
- A BEng, BSc Civil, BTech Civil, or BSc Building Management qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Junior Site Engineer/Site Manager in a construction environment.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate and lead a team.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
