Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional Site Agent with over 5-10 years of expertise in roads, sewer, and water reticulation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and a proven track record in managing construction sites effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site operations for roads, sewer and water reticulation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Address and resolve any site issues that may arise promptly.
• Contract Planning.
• Programming.

Implement projects through site establishment, implementing tasks to meet milestones and snag lists
Ensure closure of projects through resolving snags
Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or BTech or related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in site management with the construction of roads, sewer pipelines, and water reticulation.

Professional Registration with the ECSA or South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as PCM or PCPM is compulsory * Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
