Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients growing operation.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and management of construction projects from beginning to end. This includes coordinating the efforts of all parties involved, including architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the construction project from beginning to end
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Communicate progress, updates, and any issues to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify and address potential risks and issues
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
- Professional registration as a Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM) is essential
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
