Job Description
Our client in the Civil Engineering and Consulting Industry is looking for a registered and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Mpumalanga, Mbombela.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
- Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager or Construction Manager or Quantity Surveying.
- Have at least a minimum of 3 years' working experience in infrastructure development-related projects.
- Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Experience in Project Management.
Not limited to;
- Attending client's projects brief and assist with preparation of project specifications.
- Assist with preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports.
- Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and advice contractors and on-site personnel
