REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 5 Years Experience
• Solar PV Experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Related qualification will be advantageous
• Will be required to travel
• Strong leadership skills
• Deadline Driven
• Excellent communication skills

• Leading the installation of Solar PV projects according to the provided design, following and enforcing applicable HR codes and company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.
• Ensuring projects finish on time and on budget while respecting the labor laws of the Republic of South Africa or any other countries in which the project takes place.
• Fault finding and proactive preventative measures to avoid any potential project risks and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
• Training and mentoring Solar Foremen and Technicians.
• Completing post-project documentation, including DC quality checklists, in-progress and final photos and labelling.
• Ensure that there is adequate materials and equipment to safely and efficiently complete projects.
• Maintaining and inspecting test equipment including periodic calibration checks.
• Checking on progress of installers regularly throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed as per engineering pack and construction timelines.
• Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures.
• Maintain excellent lines of communication between all stakeholders.
• Provide constructive feedback to management.
• Report roadworthiness and future dated services of the company vehicle issued to you.
