Position: Construction Manager

Location: Western Cape

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take operational responsibility for assigned projects. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations. Manage budgets, cost control, and risk management. Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain quality standards.
Requirements:

10-15 years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role. Proven leadership and project management skills. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and construction site operations. Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Education: Grade 12 / Matric Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Health, Safety & Environment certification Professional Registration: SACPCMP Construction Manager
