Construction Foreman (High-End Residential & Office Block Construction)

Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects? Our client, a well-established construction firm, is seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high-end builds.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers
- Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Managing site safety, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Reading and interpreting building plans
- Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)
- 3+ years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role
- Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)
- Project Management qualifications or experience essential
- Must be computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, site reports)
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
National Diploma in Construction Management / Building
NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA-accredited)
Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
Health & Safety training (e.g., SACPCMP registration, SAMTRAC) Advantageous
