Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of construction tenders and bids
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify key requirements
Coordinate with estimators, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information
Prepare tender schedules, compliance matrices, and supporting documentation
Maintain an organized tender database and record of submissions, deadlines, and outcomes
Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure tenders comply with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements
Track tender timelines and follow up on outstanding information
Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations as required
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in construction tendering, estimating, or contract administration is an advantage
Understanding of construction methods, materials, and tendering processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with estimating software is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
