Be the consolidations backbone in a brilliant Property portfolio!
Our client, an amazing real-estate group spanning landmark residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, needs a Group Consolidations Specialist to turn raw numbers into the story that guides big-ticket decisions. You'll sit at the heart of a lean, high-performance finance team, orchestrating the monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidation of a number of legal entities and joint ventures.

- Prepare consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Liaise with group entities to compile and verify financial data
- Support audit processes and ensure IFRS compliance
- Assist with technical accounting and reporting matters
- Drive process improvements within consolidations and reporting
- Qualified CA(SA) candidate
- 1+ year post-articles experience required
- Experience within the real estate industry beneficial
- JSE listed company experience beneficial
