Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communication and implementation of deliverables for forecasted events and business.
• Collaborate with operational teams to consolidate and track timelines for various events.
• Uphold quality standards by reviewing and managing quotes, contracts, and function sheets.
• Maximize event business and revenue by assessing and managing venue inventory.
• Ensure attention to detail, meeting guest expectations through a hands-on approach.
• Create compelling event proposals tailored to client requirements within tight timelines.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our hotel venues, facilities, and additional offerings.
• Efficiently manage invoices and follow up on payments before client arrivals.
• Host site inspections, creating sales opportunities for future events during client engagements.

What We're Looking For:

• Matric qualification.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, high-demand environment.
