Compliance Officer (human Capital)

Job Description
To co-ordinate verification procedures and processes, monitor compliance and conduct investigations and risk analysis on Human Capital activities.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Under the direction of the Manager Compliance and Integration, executes applications associated with the verification and control of payroll, and co-ordinates and controls procedures.
- Co-ordinate and controls processes and procedures associated with the formulation of the divisions risk based Verification Plan and Programme.
- Monitors applications, procedures and processes associated with specific statutory responsibilities and functions/ activities of the payroll.
- Maintains audit standards and attends to internal and external auditors queries.
- Implement processes and procedures to determine the Municipality's exposure to operational and compliance risks.
- Disseminates information on specific key performance areas and requirements.

- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- 5 Years relevant experience.
