Job Description
Requirements:
- PSIRA certification - Grade A;
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Relevant experience in a similar position advantageous;
- SAMTRAC or Equivalent Qualification;
- SHEQ management;
- ISO 9001/2015 quality knowledge and experience;
- Firearm competency, knowledge of the Firearms Control Act and experience;
- A working knowledge of MS Office;
- Internal Audit or Lead Auditors Training;
- Driver's License & Own transport;
- Knowledge and training of ISO 18788 (Security Operations Management System)
- Drive compliance and maintenance to ISO standards for 9001 and 45001 & 18788 (All Divisions)
- Co-ordinate, maintain and improve systems on SHE, ISO and firearms;
- Audits to be conducted in Regional offices and on sites as per the annual Audit Plan (All Divisions)
- Ensure compliance to the Company's disciplinary code;
- Maintenance and compliance of the ISO 9001 quality management system;
- Verify and Recommend possible changes to 37.2 agreements with potential legal implications & sign Agreements (All Divisions)
