The security protection role is located within the mining environment situated in Kathu that requires the provision of security services to create a safe and secure working environment through responsible risk management practices.
The succesful candidate must be local and reside in the Western Cape Region in close proximity to work at Tygervalley.
Duties & Responsibilities

Time & Attendance Management (PRP System)
Accurate employee enrollment and biometric activation
Daily scheduling and staff allocation per client contract
Leave, AWOL, and overtime control
Manual timesheet capturing and site audits
Labour planning and headcount stability

2.
Payroll System Management (Educos Vision)
Processing of employee lifecycle data: engagement, transfers, terminations
Payroll verification and reconciliation
Employment contract processing and file management
Biometric clocking and roster alignment
#
3. HR &
Payroll Administration
Onboarding and exit processing
AWOL and Telegram management
Daily system checks and audit reporting
Coordination with recruitment for effective enrollment

4.
Labour Cost Control & Data Analysis
Weekly labour meetings and reporting
Rostering and scheduling optimization
Leave planning and clocking efficiency
Headcount management and pay query resolution

5.
Compliance & Standards
Adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
Compliance with PSIRA, BCEA, EEA, and SHEQ policies

6.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities

Skills and Competencies
Experience Requirements
1-3 years' experience with Educos Vision / PRP payroll systems
1-5 years' experience in security administration
Experience with Easy Roster and large-scale data capturing
Familiarity with the Main Collective Agreement and security industry practices
Payroll processing experience: engagements, terminations, statutory settings
Ability to work independently, including after hours and weekends

PSIRA Grade E accreditation (renewed annually)
Advanced computer literacy certification
