Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Financial or Audit Industry
  • Company Secretary Diploma | Relevant Tertiary Education required
  • Proficient in MS Office essential
  • Strong knowledge of CIPC processes | Company Law | Close Corporation and Trust Law | Beneficial Ownership filings | Annual Returns | MOI amendments and use of GreatSoft will be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Afrikaans
  • Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
  • Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
