Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Financial or Audit Industry
Company Secretary Diploma | Relevant Tertiary Education required
Proficient in MS Office essential
Strong knowledge of CIPC processes | Company Law | Close Corporation and Trust Law | Beneficial Ownership filings | Annual Returns | MOI amendments and use of GreatSoft will be beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Afrikaans
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
