Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the Property | Estate Management or Hospitality Industry
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management | Corporate Communications | Public Relations or related field is essential
- Proficient in MS Office | Website Management | Email Marketing Platforms
- Experienced in Event Management | HOA Stakeholder Engagement | Content Creation | Brand Management | Budget Management
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required on request
- Annual CTC of R 340 000, based on experience
- Includes Provident Fund
- 18 Leave Days
