- Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing Business or related field
- 5- 10 Years experience in customer relationship management, coporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications
- Familiarity with home loan products, mortgage lending processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
