Formulate and implement the Internal Communications Strategy, Plan & Calendar for the Company inclusive of the CSI Employee Volunteer Programme and input from all Divisions of the Company.
Coordinate, write, edit, collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders in terms of disseminating clear and concise content that keeps Company employees informed, inspired, educated and engaged.
Develop guidelines and processes to effectively manage, support and prioritise various internal communication requirements from various stakeholders, e.g., projects, emergencies, expectations and deadlines.
Accountable for overseeing the development and production of all internal communications and materials to ensure alignment / adherence with Companys branding, style guidelines and corporate identity, amongst others, the Intranet, Company Brief, Announcements, Webcasts, Podcasts, Presentations and Weekly Wraps.
Oversee and manage the development, improvement and maintenance of the Company Intranet, the information architecture, visual design, navigation and content.
Manage technology driven and non-technology driven communications channels including intranet, internal social media, electronic newsletters, videos, video net, webinars, print, face to face etc.
Provide advice and support to stakeholders as well as identify and use appropriate communication channels / methods to manage the flow and dissemination of accurate, relevant, reliable, and timely communication to employees, i.e., company updates, emails, and announcements etc.
Work with the entire CME team in particular with the CSI Programme Manager, Events Specialist and Web Administrator.
Accountable for leading internal crisis communication when a crisis or critical issues arise. Guide
divisions/stakeholders to effectively communicate without having any negative impact on the brand and Companys reputation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Brand Management, Social Science or Humanities.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications and/or, Change Communications experience, ideally in large organisations and preferably in financial services, professional services, or consulting
