Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Commissioning Technician for Fire Detection Systems, CCTV and Access Control. The position is based in Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs. Key responsibilities:

Complete job cards accurately, neatly, and on time (including client signatures). Commissioning and on-site work delivered to a high standard and within deadlines. Attend call-outs within a reasonable turnaround time. Maintain tools and equipment: clean, organized, and ready for inspection. Keep the company vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Submit daily stock requests as required. Maintain the neatness and organization of the technical office. Handle telephone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally and promptly. Protect all company assets and maintain strict confidentiality. Identify potential sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating principles. Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed. Ensure all internal documentation is accurate and up to date. Meet all deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Minimum requirements:

5+ years' relevant experience in Electronic Security Systems. SAQCC Level 4 registration for Fire Detection Systems. Training/Certificates in Fire Detection, Access Control, and CCTV (advantageous). Must currently reside in the Northern Suburbs (Brackenfell preferred). Strong commitment to personal growth, quality workmanship, and professional conduct.
