We are looking for a

Senior Commissioning Technician

is required to join a reputable company which operate in the mid to high-end electronic security market and firmly established within the industry. As Senior Commissioning Technician you need to have strong technical expertise with

CCTV, Access Control and Fire Detection Systems.

The position is based in Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete job cards accurately, neatly, and on time (including client signatures). Ensure that commissioning and on-site work is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines. Attend call outs within a reasonable turnaround time. Maintain tools and equipment: clean, organized, and ready for inspection. Keep the company vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Submit daily stock requests as required. Maintain the neatness and organization of the technical office. Handle telephone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally and promptly. Protect all company assets and maintain strict confidentiality. Identify potential sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating principles. Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed. Ensure all internal documentation is accurate and up to date. Meet all deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and customer service. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company values at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years relevant experience in Electronic Security Systems. SAQCC Level 4 registration for Fire Detection Systems. Training/ Certificates in Fire Detection, Access Control, and CCTV (advantageous). Must currently reside in the Northern Suburbs. Strong commitment to personal growth, quality workmanship, and professional conduct.
