Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
Skills
Proven experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
