Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of our central production facility (commissary)
  • Plan and manage production to ensure consistent and timely supply
  • Lead and manage a team across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics functions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
  • Supervise inventory levels, stock rotation, and cost control measures
  • Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Align production with business demand and growth objectives
What We're Looking For:
  • Locals with a Diploma in Food Technology | Production or similar discipline
  • Proven experience in food production or manufacturing management
  • Min 5yrs experience in a managerial role within a bakery or food manufacturing environment
  • Staff management of large teams as well as shift operations
  • Strong leadership and planning skills
  • Solid knowledge in HACCP, GMP and OHS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and equipment maintenance
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
