Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our central production facility (commissary)
- Plan and manage production to ensure consistent and timely supply
- Lead and manage a team across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics functions
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
- Supervise inventory levels, stock rotation, and cost control measures
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Align production with business demand and growth objectives
- Locals with a Diploma in Food Technology | Production or similar discipline
- Proven experience in food production or manufacturing management
- Min 5yrs experience in a managerial role within a bakery or food manufacturing environment
- Staff management of large teams as well as shift operations
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- Solid knowledge in HACCP, GMP and OHS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and equipment maintenance
- Computer savvy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
