Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of dishes under the guidance of our Head Chef, using both fresh and convenience food commodities.
- Ensure all food cooked and served is of high quality, maintaining safe and appropriate serving temperatures.
- Manage kitchen inventory effectively and keep all areas clean and orderly.
- Engage in ongoing training to refine your cooking and kitchen management skills.
- Uphold legal hygiene and safety standards for food and equipment.
- Participate in stock taking and maintain kitchen security.
- A team player with a passion for culinary arts.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and kitchen cleanliness.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
- Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
