What you'll be doing:

? Prepping ingredients and supporting the chefs with daily kitchen tasks

? Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock rotation is up to standard
/p

? Creating dishes with care, quality, and consistency that delight guests
/p
p
? Keeping on top of menu knowledge, specials, and promotions
/p
p
? Ensuring kitchens, utensils, and workstations are spotless and well maintained
/p
p
? Following procedures, service standards, safety and sanitation policies
/p

What we're looking for:

? Culinary Diploma/Certificate
/p
p
??? 1-2 years' experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star restaurant (preferred)
/p

? Flexibility to work within opening hours
/p

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Detail-oriented, disciplined, and efficient

? Ability to cope under pressure and remain accountable
/p
