Commercial Support Coordinator Location: Bryanston Duration: 12 months Role purpose:
To provide administrative support to Commercial Department by tracking
applications from tenants, processing of approvals and associated lease agreements and capture leases on billing tool.
Process renewals and track with tenants to ensure renewal prior to expiry.
Assisting in all administrative related duties.
Key accountabilities
Track tenant applications on company's Site Share portal and ensure completion with relevant stakeholders within agreed SLA.
Calculate monthly rental per approved application, issue leases and ensure conclusion between tenant and company, based on company Delegation of Authority, in relevant tools, e.g. Site Share portal and Docusign.
Process duly signed leases on relevant tools, e.g. SharePoint and SAP.
To assist with all internal and external application and billing enquiries and provide updated status reports.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management administration (Essential)
