Commercial Short-term Insurance Broker - JhbALJ Insurance Brokers (ALJ) is seeking junior sales consultants that are experienced within the commercial insurance field and are looking to advance themselves within the field.Key Responsibilities: Able to generate OWN sales leads and convert them into policies.Acquire new clients within the Commercial sector xe2x80x93 Small Business, Tourism & Leisure, Logistics, Aviation, Agriculture, Engineering, Marine, Taxi, etc.Keep up to date and fully informed on product comparisons and be able to stay ahead to the changes and provisions of newer products.Be able to manage own performance, meet individual daily targets and ensure work is completed to the required standards of quality and timeliness.Adhere to policies and procedures of the organisation and the regulatory requirements of the industry.Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 CertificateA minimum of 1 year Short-Term Commercial Lines Insurance sales experience or have some sort of a short-term insurance background**Broker sales experience will be favoured.Job Type: Full-time
