Conduct research and provide tailored solutions. Support transactions and market properties. Negotiate sales and leases. Assist clients with space requirements. Provide market information to landlords, sellers and buyers. Accompany clients to property sites. Coordinate transaction materials.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree in Property Studies, LLB, Quantity Surveyor, Bcom, or similar. Valid driver's license and vehicle 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential property industry.
